Caregivers And Behavioral Health Technicians

We are seeking caring, compassionate caregivers and BHTs to supervise and assist our residents in a home-like setting. Openings are available in Phoenix, Peoria, and Glendale. We have full and part-time schedules available, with day, evening, and overnight shifts (8 am – 4 pm, 4 pm – 10 pm, and 10 pm – 8 am).

Starting Salary Range: $30,160 – $34,320

Group Home Managers And Assistant Managers

We are seeking knowledgeable, experienced caregivers and BHTs to supervise and lead our excellent teams of caregivers and BHTs. Openings are available in Phoenix, Peoria, and Glendale. These are full-time positions, Monday-Friday from 8 am-4 pm.

Starting Salary Range: $34,320 – $41,600

All applicants:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Must be 21 to become a driver with a qualifying Motor Vehicle record provided

Must be a caring individual

Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety

Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English

Must be able to work in a team environmen

Training preferred: Prevention & Support/CPI, CPR, First Aid, Article 9, Valid Caregiving/CNA Certificate
