For Providers
Arizona’s #1 residential solution for behaviorally challenging adult placements.
“Orion Homes has always been great, they have always took good care of my son. Always done a great job and I think very highly of Orion group homes and all of their employees. They have gone above and beyond preparing staff and management for the members they work with. I’m thankful for all the years of excellent care they have provided for my son.” – John V., father of resident since 2006
“I am deeply gratified to the staff at Orion Homes for the care and compassion given to my brother and others in their care. It takes understanding, love and much patience for the work they do. Thank you.” – Cecelia A., sister of resident since 2008
WE CUSTOMIZE CARE Each of our 16 homes is a unique community, and residents are placed on an individual basis based on age, gender and unique needs.
WE COMMUNICATE Our program emphasizes communication and collaboration with the resident’s full care team and support system, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
WE HAVE LEGENDARY STAFF TRAINING We have the best and most comprehensive staff training in the state. Our training program even provides training to staff for other agencies.
WE ELIMINATE RISK We have stringent processes and systems in place to supervise our residents, manage their behaviors and maintain their safety, both in the home and on community outings. Our #1 goal is to keep the resident safe, including 1:1 staffing when necessary.
We incorporate a multi-disciplinary model to help our residents manage and resolve distressing thoughts and feelings and improve safety, independence and communication skills. Our direct care workers are assisted by a multi-disciplinary team which includes behavioral health professionals, registered nurses, licensed counselors and dietitians. Our recreational day program allows residents to develop social, coping and communication skills. Our paid work program allows residents to develop computer and organizational skills, as well as a positive work history for the future.
