At Orion Homes, our Group Home Managers play a critical role in overseeing daily operations within our specialized residential settings across Maricopa County. These dedicated profession-als manage teams of frontline staff to ensure compassionate, effective support for the unique needs of each person residing in our mental health group homes.

As a full-time Manager at Orion Homes, your days will be busy yet infinitely rewarding. No two are ever the same when lives are being transformed! What’s on your plate includes

• Supervising, coaching, and providing ongoing training for direct caregivers and be-havioral health technicians
• Monitoring quality of care and compliance with internal standards/external regula-tions
• Maintaining inventories of food, household supplies, medications
• Documenting daily resident progress and incident reporting
• Addressing family grievances and guiding family reunification services
• Transporting residents to crucial appointments when necessary
• Stepping in hands-on when a crisis arises with a caring, nurturing approach

Our managerial teams enjoy regular weekday schedules. Direct support staff handle assigned weekend and holiday shifts unless unexpected manager assistance is specifically required by a home supervisor.
