Job Opportunities at Orion Homes

Orion Homes has immediate openings for full—and part-time Caregivers and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) at its Phoenix location. They offer flexible schedules, with day, evening, and overnight shifts available from 8 am to 4 pm, 4 pm to 10 pm, and 10 pm to 8 am.

Applicants should meet these minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Clear background check and Level 1 fingerprint clearance card with Arizona Department of Public Safety

  • English fluency

  • Preferred certifications: CPR, First Aid, Article 9, CPI, Caregiving/CNA

  • Prior experience is a plus
