Openings for Full-Time Caregivers and BHTs

Right now, Orion has full-time openings on its caregiving teams, with 8-hour shifts running from 8 am-4 pm, 4 pm-12 am, or 12 am-8 am. You’ll be diving in to support folks with the everyday stuff, watch over their well-being and behavior, and offer some much-needed companionship. No prior experience is required!

With starting pay from $30,160-34,320 per year and comprehensive benefits, these are excellent opportunities for someone looking to transition into the behavioral health field or gain more extensive expertise in caregiving.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, etc.

  • Distributing medication reminders

  • Planning/supervising group activities

  • Monitoring overall health and safety

  • Ongoing support and free certification training are also provided after 90 days on the job.
